"This is a BIG resort. It's also showing its age in some ways. The two of those factors I think are why some reviews are negative. The property is well maintained, and the staff is helpful but spread thin by the size of the resort. "

"Very nice hotel. Great pool, very big with a nice cool water temperature. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Location wise there’s not much around the hotel, so you have to walk 15 mins to the beach for restaurants etc. My only complaint was a lack of English speaking tv channels, only 1 news channel. Considering how many English speakers visit I think you can do better here. Otherwise was a great stay. "
