It was bitterly cold and the duvet and pillows were a bit thin and “tired” so we were a little cool. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Advice from a previous guest to have a room at the back of the property was useful as it was quiet. "

"Property an old care home being converted so areas a bit messy but understand the need to keep it going to fund the renovation. Seperate bathroom we are not used to but was fine. Rooms and bathrooms very clean but in need of updating. Very welcoming host, couldn't really expect more. Help yourself breakfast gave it a homely feel. "

"The hosts were friendly and welcoming in this conveniently located guest house. The town centre was only about a 10 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car in their (free) car park and visit the sights. Our room was well equipped, clean, nicely presented and very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and of good quality. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Place was clean inside shared bathroom, kitchen and dining. My room did not have a mirror so it was very inconvenient make sure you request a room that has mirror. Overall inside was very comfortable. To be honest outside was not the best area but once you are in the house it’s very comfortable. It was better than other places I rented for the money.There’s also a convenient store next to house which I found great since I didn’t rent a car. Very busy street and lots of stores to grab a bite.
