"Our suite room is ready for early check in request. Staff are nice and helpful. But took a while for our request of extra blanket to arrive. The air conditioner in our room 423 is not working properly so we have to open the door from the main bedroom to get the air to the living area. Overall we spent our stay satisfactory, my grandson and his family had fun in the pool and all of us had a good rest. "

"The property was well-maintained, clean, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The heated outdoor pool was a great environment to hang with the kids and other families. My only suggestion would be to offer a soap option with a more neutral or lighter scent, as the current one felt quite masculine."
