"The owner was great and very responsive to any needs we had. My husband, his brother, my sister-in-law and myself, are all late 60's early 70's. Property might not be ideal for some people our age because of uneven flooring. The layout is a bit funky, but such a great location. The front porch is a lovely place to sit and watch wildlife. "Great winter rates! Small facility so it was nice and quiet. Very clean, updated rooms and gathering area with video games, board games and tvs. First time I’ve stayed at a facility that has on line check in along with all communication but it worked well! "

"Great house for a larger group, and you can't beat the views from the back deck. The crystal clear river is perfect for wading or boating right off the deck, and there is opportunity for plenty of wildlife sightings across the river too. The living areas are nice and open, and the dining room table is big enough for everyone! The one slight downside that's not apparent in the listing is that the layout of the rooms is a little odd.
