"Our stay was great. The home is very clean and close to town, beaches, activities. Host communication was top notch - she was very responsive. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, floaters, and boogie boards - made our beach day so comfortable! Beds extremely comfortable. Would stay again."

"Clean, amazing view. Great host who had a welcoming present of cold beer and fresh fruit waiting in the fridge. Just be advised that the road up to the house is quite steep and best to have an ATV or car with 4x4 mode. The view is worth it!"

"I never wanted to leave! With the beautiful yard, the beach, the tide pools and Cheyo and his wonderful dogs, Sand Dollar Cove was heavenly! We wanted to stay somewhere away from the crowds where we could relax and enjoy the outdoors, and we did! The birds and howler monkeys were plentiful. "Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive."

"We visited Santa Teresa from Seattle. I was looking for a private home. We had an incredible visit. This home was amazing: modern, new, clean, pristine location, private pool, beautiful. First getting there and around...the roads are pretty rough right now cause it rained for 20 days straight but they are passable if you have a 4x4 vehicle. "What a beautiful property! Incredible ocean-views, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, wildlife (monkeys, iguana, birds), and the jungle and ocean sounds. Check-in was seamless and Mikey even booked a massage at the house for us (which was amazing!). Wilfredo made us feel very safe, and kept the pool spotless and we enjoyed visits from his lovely dog Kira. Would be back in a second."

The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. "We stayed at the hotel for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the hotel was beautiful and very clean. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered. The rooms were cleaned more than once a day, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The location is great and close to everything. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back next time!"
