"Kris is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Both checking in and out are easy breezy. The home is clean and there is a lovely large backyard and deck. The amount of space was comfortable for us. The bathrooms are clean and the towels are fresh and fluffy. The dishwasher, refrigerator and clothes washer and dryer are new and nice. We appreciated the dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and garbage bags. Grateful to Kris for supplying the...

"We had a wonderful time with family in this spacious home. There was ample seating in common rooms for us to spend time together and plenty of comfortable bedrooms for when someone needed a little quiet time. The kids set up their train set in the (very wide) front hall and there was still room for others to walk through. People enjoyed the pool table or working on jigsaw puzzles in the parlour and dining room. We cooked some delicious meals in the kitchen and very much appreciated the two...

"My family and I had a wedding to attend in NJ. We loved this place. It was clean and comfortable. We happened to meet Tracey, the host, when we arrived. She was very personable and we enjoyed talking with her. The neighborhood has lots of cute shops and places to eat. Everything is very close by."

"Had to recheck my booking when I discovered it was a basement apartment. I don’t think I would have chosen. It was quite adequate just not to our liking. You can hear toilets flush, babies crying, walking across floor. All quite normal just not to our liking. Handrail needs to be added as we were all well into our sixties and seventies. Lamps and rugs would help tremendously. Completely renovated space just lacking basic amenities."

"We loved this place. So cozy and felt like home. Very clean. Great space for everyone. Listing says 7. But only beds for 6. We brought an air mattress instead of using the futon. Noticed they did provide an air mattress as well though in the closet. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication as well with the owners. Felt very safe in the neighborhood as well. Very close to shopping as well. "
