"Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees)."

"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. All small touches but important and normal in most suites I have stayed in."

"The owner is very reactive. I arrived in Surabaya late due to weather delay. When I reached out the owner, he prepare the apartment right awaywith detailed instructions for rapid check in. I am definitely recommend this apartment. "
