"Ended up having to park in the ally as we got in very late, but had no issues with that. The second you walk in the mini split AC was doing its job. Everything was clean and well thought out in the space. Didn’t end up using the kitchenette but it looked well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the sheets they use are very soft. Thaddeus, the owner, is an amazing host and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He keeps the property clean and in pristine condition at all times. Despite reaching out multiple times for basic details about the property, we either didn’t get a response or received vague replies hours later. This should have been a red flag.
