"Plenty of room for parking. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Inside and outside spaces were great for gathering to chat and play games. Only negative (but not to detract from a 5 star rating) not enough wine glasses. But turned out several brought their own so all turned out great."

"The house was very clean and cozy. The lights were on when we arrived later than expected. We appreciated the water, snacks and coffee. My young adult sons forgot their toiletries so they appreciated the toothbrushes and toothpaste/ shampoo etc! The lighted patio/deck was a great place to visit before we headed out to Billy Bobs. Next time we visit the Stock Yards, we will definitely stay here again! "

"Hosts were responsive and generous with our check in/out times. Only had 1 small issue and they helped me fix it immediately. Our kids loved using the kayaks, lilly pad, and paddleboat. House is a solid 10 mins from downtown Granbury so be prepared for that. "
