The ice machine isn’t accessible due to construction and the front desk doesn’t have access to ice AND their little store didn’t have any water. The pool is closed for construction. We reserve king size suite amd when we arrived we asked for a 1st floor room near a door (I'm recovering from major surgery on my foot and use a cane ir crutches to get around), and they accompdated us by charging us an additional $30-$40! - the bathtub was filthy with ground in grime. The flooring the bathroom was pull ¾ of an inch away from the tub affording a breading ground of bacteria, mold and...
