"A well maintained and managed hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean even the stairwells smelled pleasant and were clean upon checking in early evening. The pool was clean and heated. My granddaughter & family enjoyed our visit. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise."

"The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. Very close to the plans we had with friends in Ontario/Mansfield. The beds were amazing! So very comfortable! My husband and I both had a GREAT nights sleep and enjoyed just being lazy until checkout time! Will definitely be staying again!"

"I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. "The pool and hot tub are being redone, so they were closed. The ice machines didn’t work on 2 floors. The breakfast was well worth being extra! "

"Overall a nice hotel. It was awesome to be swimming inside in a heated pool while it was 5 degrees outside. Breakfast was kind of simple. But meet our needs. Only complaint is that the room could've been a little cleaner. "
