"Where to begin. Communication was lacking from the start. Even up to within 2 hours of checking in I had no email detailing check in process. I emailed several times and finally got a response. That should have been the first red flag. We arrived to the stated check in location only to find out that the address given to us wasn’t even the correct building this apartment was listed at. "Our family of six included grandparents, parents and two children, with an age range from 10-75. . The three bedroom, two bath and complete kitchen provided a perfect accommodation for our family. This flat was in the relatively new London City island development and has easy access to the Canning Town Station serviced by both the Jubilee underground and the DLR. A Sainsbury grocer and a Le Barre coffee shop are a short walk from the flat. Our flat did not include a coffee maker, only a kettle,...

"Great host or not the flat definitely needs some upgrading, but was comfortable and easy to get to and a 1/2 hour walk to the expo. Steven was a super great host. He sent videos with how things work and detailed instructions. Would stay here again, but like it said could use some updates. "

"Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat."

"Rude owner, blackout curtains fallen by themselves during the night and the owner wants tò male me pay. Top bad they were attacched ti the plasterboard with unsuitable screws."

"The property had a very easy check in and the room was wonderful for our 4 night stay. It was very close to the transit for buses or subway. Lots of options for food nearby. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!!"
