"We had an amazing two nights at Solo Palacio. A beautiful Manor House in incredible surroundings! The infinity pool was stunning & the spa also. It would have been nice to have had a coffee machine in our suite tho. We’ll hopefully return again. "

"Apparently the hotel is one of three in the same town. I was lucky that one of the owners or friends was helping me find the staff for check in. Otherwise there is not much info on how to get hold of someone. Their main hotel is on the main Street a 4 min walk away. There is also where breakfast is served. The hotel was ok and cheap enough for a pitstop for a night."

"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. "Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time."

"Very well located near the older part of Oviedo, walkable to all major tourist attractions. You need to check in across the street at their other hotel but this is not an issue as it is only a few meters away from the entrance. The beef was too firm for my liking but this is a personal preference. "

"I had a lovely stay visiting relatives who stay in Oviedo. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Our room was on the inside of the hotel and the window opened out into a square space which meant there was not a lot of air circulating, but it did not cause us any problem. "
