Hotel is in a good location to walk to many point of interest and restaurants. The front desk was very busy and only one person working so it was difficult to get questions answered. Also having some umbrellas with the hotel logo to borrow would be a great addition. The rain prevented us from getting out more as we had planned. Breakfast was very good!

4 family nights at IBERIK in July 24 with pet dog.
4 night Family stay in Oviedo at IBERIK. Hotel is easy to find and in great location of 10 min walk to old town centre of Oviedo, where all the eateries are as well. Modern hotel well equipped, spaceous room, comfortable beds, air con in room. Underground car park with hotel for 10Euro per day. Accept pets (our small dog) for extra 15Euro per day. Continental/cooked breakfast for 12.5 Euro per day. Staff very friendly, accommodating and informative. No problems at all, would definitely stay again

A Very Good Quality Hotel
A very good quality hotel within easy walking distance of the old centre of Oviedo. The staff are excellent, courteous and considerate. The only caution is the hotel parking. The entrance to the basement parking needs very careful manoeuvring and costs 10 euro a night. Breakfast is extra, but that is normal. Our breakfast was very enjoyable. Otherwise this is a very good hotel and easily accessible.

The entrance to this Hotel is literally on the highway. If you look at the address, there is no number. Never seen anything like this in my 40 years of traveling. We almost got hit by another vehicle. In addition, this property is old and needs lots of renovation. The chairs in the dining room must be the originals, you actually can see and feel the springs. We ended up cancelling on night.

I suppose I should suggest you choose this hotel as they need your help as the beds and furniture around the hotel have seen better days and need to be urgently replaced. (😩😖) In the breakfast area too, you are sitting on the springs rather than padding of the chair. Overall the hotel could be cleaner. Our room definitely should have been cleaner, the toilet hadn't been cleaned from previous occupants. Not impressed, indeed very disappointed

Me gustó en general el hotel. Muy limpio. La habitación era bonita con vistas a una fuente y a la calle. La cama era bastante cómoda. El precio fue bastante caro con precios de más de 100€/noche, en mi caso pillé una oferta. No sé si porque era agosto o qué, pero ¿qué tiene una habitación de hotel para pagar esos precios? Quizás el peor punto es la ubicación, por lo que debería ser más barato que otros hoteles que están en pleno centro. Está más alejado del centro pero tampoco mucho, se puede ir andando bien, pero por la noche cuando sales del centro sí que tienes que andar por donde no hay movimiento de gente. El buffet es una de las cosas que más miro a la hora de decidir hotel, en general estaba bien; frutas (melocotón en almíbar, macedonia en almíbar,melón, sandía..), zumo de naranja y piña (de bote), bollería (minicañas chocolate, brevas crema, donuts azúcar y croisant, ya está), 2 tipos leche, fiambre(queso, jamón, jamón york, salchichón)... Pero para un hotel de 4 estrellas esperaba más variedad de dulces, zumo de naranja natural (no de botella), diferentes tipos y mejor pan (no los bollitos esos descongelados), postres caseros, diferentes mermeladas individuales, ,el café estaba bastante malo, otros platos calientes que no fuera bacon o huevos, ... que por el precio elevado de 12,5€ creo que se puede ofrecer bastante más. Si le tuviera que dar una nota al buffet 7/10.
