"Staff were very friendly and professional, and I had no issues checking in. The building itself looked as you would expect an older building to look like. The rooms were equipped with functional AC/heat window/wall units. Although all of the appliances worked, my remote had no back, and there were only 2 sad lonely hangers. Outside of the building was clean with sufficient parking. The location was safe, quiet, and convenient with freeway access and restaurants close by. "

"Overall a lovely historic property that was centrally located to many Manitou experiences. It is within walking distance to the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Miramont Castle, and Manitou shopping. The property was well represented in the pictures provided. Our one issue was there were water pressure problems with three of the five bathrooms, but we discovered this at the end of our stay so did not communicate this with the owner.
