"Sayed two nights mid week in early September to celebrate our 39th anniversary. Pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. Loved our room. Loved the old fashioned decor with modern amenities. I wished we could have stayed another night. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Valets friendly , helpful and fast. We ate dinner in the adjacent bar. Food was good for pub fare. We had a problem getting the hot water to turn on (and stay on in the shower). Called front desk and within 8 minutes had 2...

"This is an historic property that is in process of being renovated. It is a charming collection of adobe style “cabins” that may have been used as a base camp for Pikes Peak. It was easy to locate and parking was good. It will only get better and better. It was a great pet-friendly value for our three night visit to Pikes Peak. It’s also close to Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Owner is very nice and accommodating. I recommend."
