"I have enjoyed all - apart the fact that the room was boiling hot and there were no air conditioning working. this led us to open the windows, which lead to have my wife and my kids literally bombarded by mosquito bites. "The staffs are super friendly, Mr.Francesco V. showed me 4-5 rooms till I decided on the Junior suite. He also helped us with the luggages. There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."
