Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. The front facing options perhaps better in this regard. Overall i would recommend."

"We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "

While the outside appearance is a bit modest, it is typical of the surrounding area - an older city block but with immediate access to many great tourist activities. "The place was fantastic. It is easy to get around and it has everything I need. It has a laundry machine which is nice if you are travelling light. The place was a bit cold because we did not know that there was a wireless temperature control. We found out on the third night when we call the person in charge."
