"Perfectly located in the centre of the old town, with a great breakfast. Lacked a bar on site, but plenty of options nearby. Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. The front facing options perhaps better in this regard. Overall i would recommend."

"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner...

"Great accommodation but the shower was only half working and the shower tray was damaged which was a bit of a pain! Apart from that, excellent!"

"The area is great, within walking distance from Old Town. The apartament is rather spacious, and nicely furnished. The floors are very creaky and you can hear every noise from the street. We did not get much sleep. Furthermore, the drain in the bathroom overflowed into the living area after my daughter tried to take a shower, and we had to scramble to clean it up with towels. "Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."
