"This was the most beautiful, cozy, comfortable place. We only booked one night here on our busy road trip, but my family and I loved the Cowboy Cabin so much that we opted to stay in for the afternoon/night instead of continuing our activities as planned. "I travel with my two dogs, and I was blown away with Tumbling Ts. My two dogs and I stayed in the chuckwagon; it had everything I needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous; the grounds were immaculate. I enjoyed that my dogs were not running around in high brush and stickers. The bathroom was large and spotless. There is so much detail to the property that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and extended it by another day. The bed was comfortable, and falling asleep to the creek sounds was the best....

"My sister and I stayed at the Bird's Nest in late Sept. 2024. It was fabulous. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the deck for watching the sunrise/sunset with a glass of wine. Very quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location couldn't have been better for visiting Mesa Verde. Jeff and his wife were wonderful hosts - answered questions quickly and were available for restaurant recommendations :)"

"This is a tough review to write. Overall, this place is wonderful and magical. There are many positives. My children loved the pond and access to fishing gear and a canoe. That was a huge bonus for us. The property is lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The place is definitely older and rustic.
