"Beautiful property only minutes from downtown Mancos. This was a perfect place for our family trip ( 3 adults). We really enjoyed the ability to bring our two dogs along. The house was warm and comfortable. The hosts were excellent. The only drawback is the noise from the highway… but this was still so quiet compared the the city. "

"My sister and I stayed at the Bird's Nest in late Sept. 2024. It was fabulous. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the deck for watching the sunrise/sunset with a glass of wine. Very quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location couldn't have been better for visiting Mesa Verde. Jeff and his wife were wonderful hosts - answered questions quickly and were available for restaurant recommendations :)"

"I travel with my two dogs, and I was blown away with Tumbling Ts. My two dogs and I stayed in the chuckwagon; it had everything I needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous; the grounds were immaculate. I enjoyed that my dogs were not running around in high brush and stickers. The bathroom was large and spotless. There is so much detail to the property that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and extended it by another day. The bed was comfortable, and falling asleep to the creek sounds was the best....

"Our stay at the ranch was a wonderful surprise! This beautiful cabin is comfortable and a perfect place to kick back and relax. We especially enjoyed the porch and mountain views and stargazing. The hot tub was a great benefit for our aching muscles after several days of hiking. The kitchen was well-appointed. I especially appreciated multiple coffee options and the to-go cups! Beds were comfortable though crazy high. A wooden stool for the second floor bedroom would be appreciated. Loved...
