"The property was presented well apart from the fact that there were huge boxes stacked against the wall downstairs making the place look untidy. There was nowhere to hang or store any clothes, there was no bin in the bedroom, there was only one set of towels and it was advertised online that there is a smart TV in every room and there was not any TV in my room. "The staff were very friendly and very helpful but the facilities were shocking. I didn’t mind using the shared bathroom but the shower’s hot water didn’t work (or had run out by 7am both days), the TV in my room had no signal and the blinds (in view of a main road) didn’t shut properly. The room wasn’t very clean and I didn’t bother with the Breakfast on my last day as it consisted of toast and a fried egg (which was disappointing considering how much I paid for my stay). Central, clean and affordable

"Check-in staff were lovely despite unfortunately being subject to abuse from several other customers who hadn't read their small print and didn't seem to be aware that photo ID was required at check-in. Please take photo ID with you rather than turn into a screeching harpy at the desk, it's absolutely not necessary and your lack of reading properly is not the staff's fault. The hotel itself is very central, super handy for Piccadilly Gardens if using the tram during your stay and just as handy for arriving on the train at Piccadilly station. The hotel decor is probably a little dated but that doesn't bother me when I'm hoping to spend the majority of my time there sleeping. The hotel was clean, tidy and as a solo female traveller I felt safe throughout my stay. If the price is favourable the next time that I go to Manchester, I wouldn't hesitate to book there again. "

The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Fantastic location!

"Fabulous hotel in a great location! Good view from the 14th floor with views of the city. We had gorgeous time! The room was good but a little dusty! Breakfast was ok, room was too crammed and noisy and some of the breakfast items were cold and others not replaced. Service was very good! "
