"I have stayed in a number of hotels. The two bedroom villa was incredible. A great view. Useful amenities like kitchen and washer/dryer. Beautiful grounds. Fantastic pools. I could hardly imagine staying anywhere else on the island. This stay was well worth the money spent."

"The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. There was construction going on at the house next door so you woke up to that at 8 during the week. Not that big of a deal, minor inconvenience. Here’s the real fun. There is an angry old lady that lives across the street. She clearly does not like that this house is rented out. We went to bed early the first night, around 8pm. She came over around 10:30 and rang the doorbell repeatedly for 5 mins until I was able to run and open the door. She berated for leaving the INDOOR lights on. She said they are to bright and she can’t sleep. We called security and had to make sure she didn’t come in the property again, they said they would call the police if she did. She then complained again because my 10 yr old son left his bathroom light on and she claimed it was too bright and she couldn’t sleep. Be aware of the angry troll that lives next door. Otherwise the house is great "

"What a pleasant experience to enjoy this condo that looks out onto a tiny bay where the soothing sounds of the Pacific Ocean waves provides a constant reminder to live in the moment. Contact with the owners was great. The Condo was well equipped with beach gear and helped stocked with a starter pack of Hawaiian coffee for the drip coffee maker. We recommend swinging by Costco in Lihue on the way to Po’’Ipo to stock up on food supplies. Great location. The staff at the Condo were so welcoming. An elderly gentleman warmly greeted us, helped make sure we had the parking pass for the rental car and shared tips on the area. Just a great way to enjoy. kaau’i"

"This is a beautiful home in a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained and plenty of room for two families. It was great to come back to the house after a day of adventures and just relax by the pool. Our only advice for those looking to rent to this home are, if you struggle with stairs, this may not work for you. The kitchen, dining, and living area are on the second floor so it's a lot of up and down. The other advice is make sure you have all your kitchen needs. The kitchen is well appointed with cookware and dishes, but didn't have a stock of any spices (just some pepper, no salt) or any cleaning products for wiping down counters between meals. Overall, just a wonderful experience."
