"Staff was great and super helpful! Our flights were delayed and they ready and waiting when we arrived at 2:30 am for 5 rooms. Had heads on pillows by 3am ! Breakfast in the morning was a really good spread of foods too! And it went till 10 am which was super. Property is older and a little tired but it was clean, safe and very reasonable."

"This hotel is well known by locals to be used for prostitution. The front desk is not equipped with any traditional office supplies. They have armed guards in bulletproof vests outside. The neighborhood is full if homeless people."

"The location is excellent but the hotel is tired. The balcony was scary - dirty and rusted. I wouldn't even open it. The view was of decaying buildings. The breakfast wasn't good. But the staff was very nice. "

"First the good points - the hotel is situated right next to the Opera House in a touristy part of town, surrounded by half a dozen nice restaurants in the Square. This is important because many (most?) restaurants in Manaus seem to shut on both Sundays and Mondays, except those around the Square. The offices of a few tour agencies (Amazon trips, boat rides, etc) are also within 2 mins walk. Despite its age, the rooms and hotel have been refurbished, with flat-panel TV sets and modern bathrooms....
