It came equipped with everything you would need from cooking accessories down to beach accessories. The access to the beach was great and easily accessible! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The owner was very friendly and checked on us after we departed! I highly recommend this condo! "

"All was great. Only want to point out that the door leading into bathroom was stuck and appears to be water damaged or rotted in the bottom. Also could not turn on the main light by living room/kitchen area. Not complaining, just thought you should know. "

"The unit is clean, well decorated and has all the necessities. Right on the sand. Enjoyed having coffee on the rocking chairs in the morning. Manasota key is one of the most beautiful areas in southwest Florida. The recovery from the hurricane is underway. It’s amazing that this unit is in such great condition.! I highly recommend it owners are great!"

"So it was immediately after Hurricane Helene. Pat kept us updated as we were on the road to the property. The day before we were to arrive Pat called and said option A was out and option B would have too much water. So she refunded all our money including the VRBO fee. Excellent and honest host."
