"this property is very close to the national Park entrance. They have some bikes on the property that you can use to get to town. It’s only a couple kilometres. They also have scooter rentals. Overall, it was a nice stay"

"Before the diving trip we decided to stay at this lovely, secluded resort. The location of this resort next to the entrance of Petra National Park is unique. Breakfast is at the beautiful cozy coffee shop in the front. The owner Tja speaks perfect English as she was educated in Chicago. "Room on small side, shower room too. But inexpensive so we knew that was likely. Booked it because it was on the beach. Well it is but pretty unappealing muddy beach and water. Made a nice veiw for breakfast though. The 'restaurant' closed before 7:30 pm, no one thought to tell us, nothing else open outside. Dinner was pot noodles from the 7/11! Claims it has a 'bar' but doesn't sell alcohol, should be mentioned on the website. Breakfast unappealing but edible."

"The staff were very kind and happy to meet our accommodation needs. The breakfast was delicious. Had a variety of good options for everyone and the staff were flexible about the time. The room was comfortable, but all the rooms on the pond face eachother, so be cautious of keeping your curtains open, there is not much privacy. The rooms also do not keep out sound well. "I was very dissapointed with Sweet Garden Home Resort Satun & will never ever go there again. Reached resort on 28/3/19 after long drive from Malaysia to check-in but was told they don't have rooms for us although we have booked, confirmed & paid to Expedia. They ask us to go to another resort (owned by her brother) but we refused. The only thing good is that they agreed to refund the full amount that I've paid to Expedia. To Expedia please take note on my case."
