"The hotel is nice, clean, modern, and centrally located. Service is slow, and the operation at the pool is a hot mess. They claim to have a pool bar, but it is never open and when you order a drink, they have to get it from the bar in the main floor, which takes quite some time. Pool also had no available towels, and it took some time for them to be replaced. Would stay there again, but prefer the service and ambiance at the nearby Hodelpa Nicolas de Ovando.
