"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the cottage. Everything we could want was there. This is our 2nd stay there and it was just as lovely as the first"

Fairbank House

4.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"Lovely property, renovated (but not "restored") to high standard but modern electricals (great wifi, TV) and kitchen/baths. Spacious home, multiple eating areas, quiet street, and with a terrific host. Maldon is a charming small town and well-located to see the goldfields area. Only downside is there are only a couple of places in the town proper to dine out (Castlemaine is close). But a great place with all creature comforts."
