"The property is on the first floor, you get get a spacious master bedroom and a good sized children’s bedroom with one set of bunk beds. The Living area has a dining table for 4 ppl, a sofa (which could turn into a sofa bed) and a nice, big TV. We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. "The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean."

Access to the Menaggio and Cadenabbia ferry stations was very convenient and allowed us to get back and forth across Lake Como both with and without our vehicle. We also enjoyed visiting Villa Carlotta which was very close to Ca' Mia.
