"Amazing hotel. 10/10 would recommend to stay at this property. Sauna and steam room facilities are in included and very nice. Lake view rooms have an amazing view of the lake. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable."

"We wanted an elegant Italian hotel full of style, and this hotel certainly delivered. Our room was upgraded to a lake view, presumably because the hotel wasn’t full. Everywhere you looked there was art work, beautiful decor and a luxurious feel, without being overwhelming. The staff could not be more helpful and professional, particularly the concierge. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food. The bed was quite firm and the cute balcony would have been the perfect place to sit and relax looking at the lake, had it not been for the weather - it rained! However, we would love to return to the hotel some time in the future, with fingers crossed for sunshine."
