"A great property hidden away, hosts communicated effectively with sms messages and images of where to park and directions to use. Property is over two floors, ground floor has two large bedrooms and bathroom, spiral staircase takes you up to the open plan dining/living area and a long kitchen. Nice touches like milk, butter, and some alcohol options provided in the fridge. Kids enjoyed a pool/football table. Very clean, All utensils provided as well as the ability to use a washing machine...

"Lovely little lodge in the heart of cawsand bay, the locals were all wonderful and we really enjoyed exploring the area and all along the coast. I would highly recommend if you want a few days away from the hustle and bustle of city life!"

"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "Such a great hotel and perfect setting. Breakfast was great, bar was great, & dinner was great. We loved our room with the sea view & balcony. Bathroom was very well put together. Can’t wait to return, was exactly what we needed to get away for a kid free weekend. Highly recommend."
