"The staff and service is really good. They are very polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room. Breakfast is okay but during weekend where they have many guests, the staff is not enough and causing slow service. Food run out and there‘s no refill. Weekday, food option is not as much...

"Everything is ok, but the breakfast is the best. There are many varity choices and delicious. However, there was a blackout for a couple hours from 7-9pm during our stay which is quite annoy. "

Convenient for shopping - 3 minutes' walk to Robinson Mall and Max Value market just round the corner. Japanese restaurant on ground floor also many food choice around property.
