"We had a wonderful time at Sabuy Chiangmai. The location is excellent, close to dining options and a convience store, 3 Wats (Temples), and in walking distance from the market and China town. Best of all, the proprietor was very friendly and kind, had great tips about what to visit and how to get around town. "My partner and I had an amazing stay at Kavil House. The rooms were very clean and big enough to feel comfortable. I did not have a cell phone and my airline lost my luggage. The staff was extremely helpful and diligent in personally reaching out to the airport to keep my updated on the status of my bag. The owners are so friendly. Located on a quiet, safe alleyway in the center of town. I would recommend this stay to anyone."

"We really loved the location and helpful staff. Very comfortable. One block from the street market and Saturday Night market. Good restaurants nearby. Many coffee/tea shops. Quiet, but really close to the energy of Chiang Mai. Many good choices for massages. All in easy walking distance. Easy for tours to pick us up. Comfortable room and several comfortable common areas on firt floor."

"Bautong was a safe haven for my late night arrival. They answered my messages promptly and assured me that someone would be up waiting for my arrival. The room was large and clean with everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. I only changed hotels to be in the old town and closer to the action. I would definitely stay here again if coming through Chiang Mai. "

"Fantastic stay! Coming back in a few days for New Years. Staff was amazing. Thong was so friendly, gave us lots of recommendations. Filtered water, tea and coffee available down at the lobby. And let’s talk about the building itself. So unique, lovely decor, comfortable seating. Enjoyed it all!"

"Its Clean. Remodeled inside. Old building outside. No elevator for people who cant use stairs.Good Wifi. Like a nice and clean motel 6 or best western. If you suffer from slight noise then its not for you. I dont have a problem with any noise so whatever works for you. Has balcony with 2 chairs and table "

"The breakfast is really good and the lady’s that serve there were so sweeet! The receptionist and security guard were super helpful and sweet as well! The rooms were nice and spacious and came with a microwave which was very convenient. Housekeeping also did a spectacular job as well!"

Nice little find

"Service was excellent. Great hotel with very good breakfast. Our room was cleaned daily and was always fresh. However, the bed was against the wall and had only 1 nightstand. So for me to get in and out I had to climb from the bottom. "

"The hotel was extremely clean and convenient in a quite safe location with very walkable route to street markets and Night Bazaar which began at 5pm nightly. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The property also has a very full breakfast buffet and the sister hotel right next door “The Premier Empress” has a nightly buffet that was delicious. The breakfast buffet area latter serves lunch and dinner. There is a great message place steps away. The pool was very nice and not crowded but it might have been because we were there in January. Although the pool was not heated, it was very swimmable. There is also a sauna and fitness room on the same floor. Upon checkout, the staff called an UBER like service for us which equaled to approx. $6.00 US. It was a lovely stay. "
