"I pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response."

"What we didn’t like was that there was ongoing construction close to our room. We thought it would stop at 5pm but it didn’t. Heard it late into the evening. Otherwise it’s a good property."
