The owner is very accommodating to all the guest's needs but did not bother us at all. The unit is comfortable and well maintained, well decorated and is perfect for two people possibly 4. The beach and pool are fantastic. Hawaii sun is harsh but there is plenty of shady areas. Enjoyed this immensely...

Typically opt for higher floors but now have a new favorite floor (4th) - puts you right at height of the palm trees and above the beach but not too far up.
