For a 5 star rating hotel breakfast that didn’t even provide a nice coffee machine for cafe latte. Stayed for 4 nights , almost the same spread everyday. "

"The place is rundown, and the service is remote, meaning no service person on site to answer any of your questions or give any service. I booked it due to the picture I saw online and the distance to the place we needed to go, but I was surprised by the condition of the hotel, it seems no attention and care was given, and no one was there to help you. "The hotel is beautiful and the location is great that is walkable to the metro station. The only thing didn’t go well was the check in process. we waited in line for at least 20 minutes and someone just cut in. We had to tell the check in person that we have been waiting. They really need to have more check in staff at the front desk."
