"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. "Genaueres zu der Unterkunft kann ich nicht sagen, da wir nicht mal reingelassen wurden. Nach einer 8-Stündigen Zugfahrt und anschließender 30 Minütiger Taxifahrt (die auch nicht günstig war) vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen war sehr unangenehm. Des Weiteren war die Erreichbarkeit des Ansprechpartner mangelhaft. Die Hinterlegte Handynummer ging nicht und auf ein Klingeln reagierte keiner. Nachdem wir 10 Minuten samt Gepäck in der Kälte standen erhielt ich einen Anruf mit den Worten "Sind...
