"This was a new clean, except for the parking lot, hotel to stay on our drive home from the US to Canada. "

"My only complaint: the parking lot is not very well-maintained as far as snow removal. Otherwise, we love it! And they upgraded us for free so we could be on the ground floor--health issues means we cannot do stairs. We have already booked future stays!"

My interactions were more with day shift but all seemed pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was heavensent after the long trip. Overall, I would stay again if I was in the area. "
