"It’s a great location, but everything shows it’s age. The hotel has 2 lodges and the pool is in the main lodge. It’s a little walking distance if you live in the other lodge. Cleaning needs to improve."

"Right from check in this hotel was excellent. Room was clean and very well looked after. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant decor was holiday themed and done so well. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Whistler Village."

"The Four Seasons Whistler is the place to stay in Whistler. While it's not technically ski-in/ski-out the frequent and quick shuttle ride and ski concierge more than makes up for it. Additionally, the service of the staff goes beyond anything you'd fine elsewhere and the atmosphere is clean, modern, and exciting. "

"Great stay in whistler close to everything the staff was friendly and assisted me with all my needs. I will add it’s walkable to most locations. However, I would recommend bringing water the hotel does not supply free water for guest and I was told the tap water is safe. I’m from the USA and we typically don’t just drink tap water so that was an inconvenience but other than that five stars! "

"Nice hotel. But not sure it rates as a 4 star anymore. It needs a refurbish. Not that sound proof. I could hear movement most of the night. Nice espresso and entertainment system. "
