" At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. Read other reviews and brought ear plugs, as it doesn’t get quiet until midnight. When I opened the door to the stairs, people were sleeping on the floor. Took the other...

"The lady that checked us in was AMAZING. She was super helpful and very kind as my poor child was car sick and even made sure we were on the quiet side of the hotel. The rooms are small and perfect for a night or two. "

"Great property at great location, however door code and room number not provided 2 weeks prior as per email ended up 45 min on the phone with expedia to gain room access as the front desk cannot do anything. Eventually it got sorted but after a long trip to get there it was not a smooth transition. Also no instructions for garbage handling as the jotel cleaners don t pick them up….these were the only 2 issues, the rest was great"

"Blackcomb Lodge has a premium location that is walkable to many conveniences, just 2 minutes away from a grocery store, pharmacy and coffee shops plus every kind of retail shop, cafes, restaurants and down the road from the ski lifts. Our split-level room was perfect for our family of 3 and we especially loved the inside pool and hot tub.
