"Beautiful condo right on the sand. Incredibly private and secure. Host very responsive and building staff are helpful. Area is just as host describes: range of multi-million beachfront homes to homeless encampments, especially near the Marina to the south. We kept our business mostly local to Wainae and Makaha and had no problems, and encountered only friendly business owners and fellow patrons. Plan ahead for visiting other areas of the island—Farrington Hwy is only route. Would definitely stay again. "

"I'm not sure where to start, this nothing short of a terrible experience. I would avoid reserving this house or other properties by this owner. I chose this house because it was listed as having Air Conditioning which was important for my elderly parents. This house is not a single structure but is rather three separate striations with one structure being the kitchen/living room and the other two structures contain the bedrooms. The living room structure does not have any air conditioning what so ever. Each of the bedroom buildings have air conditioning but one of these air conditioners was not working and the rude air conditioning technician that showed up was too incompetent to troubleshoot without help from the Mitsubishi factory. As instructed the day before my arrival I went through the 'Pre-arrival Checkin List' I received from the owner and discovered the owner attempted to extort me of 750 to use the air conditioning. When I expressed concern with the rental agency I was informed to cancel the reservation which I did not because I had already read the contract and they would not be returning any of my money if I did. I'd be willing to bet this extortion/cancel reservation strategy works on many people and I'm glad I didn't take the bait. The truth is the buildings are run down and the door locks/handles don't work properly. The hot water in the middle building does not work so the kids had to take semi cold showers. Also the kids each received bug bites each night. "

"We had no reason to leave the resort—everything we needed was right there. The restaurants and relaxation spots were absolutely top-notch."

"This place is pure paradis as long as you dont leave. Traffice is aweful. We stayed for 14 days and had beautiful sunsets walks on the beach, swimming in the pool and snorkling steps from this great condo.our time here will be remembered forever."

"The house worked perfectly for us. There were 6 of us; including my husband and myself, one adult son,,and another adult son with his wife and 1 child. There were bathrooms associated with each bedroom we used. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. A nice sandy beach was truly just a 5-minute walk away. And the local property manager was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We had a great time."
