PARADISE at the Hawaiian Princess Resort Oahu - Hawaii 1 Bedroom. Well Appointed

Great get-away location in Hawaii! Away from the crowds of Waikiki or Hanuama Bay but close enough to visit! Just up the Leeward shore of Oahu past Pearl Harbor, Ko'Olina and the new Disney resort (Aulani). Located on one of the best beaches on the island. Beautiful condominium on the ocean with private Lanai (balcony) with views of the whales and dolphins or you can watch the sea turtles. Great place to watch the sunset, too! Quiet area with Beautiful Pool and Spa.

Fully furnished Resort condo with all the amenities of home. Comfortable condo with murals painted on the walls by a local artist (Elbert East). Close to golfing and right out your door is a great place to go scuba diving or snorkeling. Visit Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo, Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea Life Park, Dole Pineapple farm or just relax and watch the surfers. Great place for a family vacation with a beautiful beach and relaxing atmosphere.

Located on the fifth floor of the Famous Hawaiian Princess Resort! Beautiful 180 degree views of the valley from the entrance and gorgeous views of the ocean from the lanai.
High Speed Wireless internet available for free.
Beach is usually more children friendly during the Spring and summer months with smaller waves. Fall and Winter months have higher surf.
Unit has A/C, but most guests are comfortable with the pleasant trades winds that blow providing fragrant breezes and wonderful sounds of the ocean. Our Building has water-cooled A/C which is not the same as the Air Conditioning that people are accustomed to. It will cool the unit, but it does not get really cold. 69-70 Degrees is about the maximum cooling. If you prefer a cooler environment, you may want to find another building as all the units at the Princess have the same type of A/C.

A Good Holiday
Nice and clean, well stocked with everyday needs and beach things. TV was a challenge, as it wouldn't work and when it did it seemed to freeze up, so had to go back to Home and start again.

The condo was clean and cozy! We loved the views outside on the balcony! Being on the 5th floor, it was the perfect height to observe the waves from a higher perspective and to enjoy the sounds and sights of the quiet almost private beach!

Great place to unwind and relax away from the crowds. Easy enough to drive to the attractions and beaches. Starting and ending each day on the lanai enjoying the sound of the ocean and watching sea turtles was very peaceful. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect location and gorgeous beach
We loved this location. It was beautiful. The views were spectacular as we could see whales and turtles from our balcony. Thank you for the thoughtful use of your binoculars and other necessary beach vacation items. The security guard was also super helpful as we arrived on Christmas Eve. Everyone was super friendly to us. We will recommend this location highly to all of our friends!

The condo was clean although the box spring in the bed room had something that looked like rust close to the headboard on the left side and my husband refused to sleep in that bed. We slept on the sleeper sofa our entire stay, which was comfortable. The beach view from the condo was awesome, but driving to the condo was miles of homeless camps, we were never bothered by them. The entire property felt very safe, we walked on the beach but spent most of our time checking out the island. The owner was very accessible which we appreciated.

In our own little world
The property managers were wonderful to work with and gave us lots of advice about things to do in the area. We felt like we were in our our own little secluded world and despite the sketchy neighborhood, we felt safe at out condo and there were very few people at the beach at any given time. The only draw back was the extra 30-40 minutes of driving each morning and evening when we went on adventures. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Beach and Amazing View
The Hawaiian Princess was a huge surprise. This is probably the nicest beach I have seen in Hawaii. The rental unit was clean and worked perfectly for our family of four. They had boogie boards, snorkel equipment and some life jackets. Jody reached out to make sure everything was good which was appreciated. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

What a View!!
The view from this property is nothing short of spectacular! We spent every morning on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee. Jody was a joy to work with and the check in process was so easy. The sunsets were spectacular!! The property is located in a nice neighborhood with a drugstore and a supermarket close by. And the condo has everything you would ever need for a day at the beach. Book this unit for your next trip to Oahu. You will be happy you did!

Wonderful Place for My Wife's Birthday!
Spent 7 fabulous nights at The Hawaiian Princess, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Traveled with my wife and 2 kiddos (5 & 8) and the space was great. The condo was very well appointed, had everything we needed cooking wise. The sand toys, boogie boards, chairs and snorkeling gear were great. Both kids loved snorkeling to see all the beautiful sea life including, coral, tons of turtles and even a stingray! Location was walkable to a CVS to grab snacks and beverages and a grocery store was 4 minute drive away. Can't wait to get back next year!

On the beach
My husband and I enjoyed our stay, the place was just right for the two of us, it had all the necessities to cook and was reasonably clean. Place is gated and a Security guard is on site. We watched turtles swim by, surf was entertaining to watch some days, sunbathing on what felt like a secluded beach which was nice, and amazing sunsets. We wanted to experience this side of the island, neighborhood was okay, we stayed in at night though. Give it a try.

The view is beautiful!
When we first arrived we were extremely unhappy. The homeless population in that area of the island is horrible. They live in tents on the beaches. There are no quality restaurants on that side of the island. The drive to Honolulu or anywhere else is long. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. With that being said, the view was awesome. We just wish we had known before we booked.

Hidden gem!
I’ll start off with the one negative because the rest of the review will be glowing! If you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation or if you have children and just want to play on the beach or in the water, THIS is your place! Everyone at the resort is SO friendly and we felt safe the entire time. The beach is amazing, not crowded, and so beautiful. We saw Sea Turtles and whales from the shore and our room every day! If you are looking for a more adventurous, sight seeing vacation, you might want to stay closer to Honolulu because we had to drive about 30-45 min to see North Shore, Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Polynesian Cultural Center, etc. the drive is still beautiful and not bad at all! Overall, my husband, daughter and I loved our stay! My daughter was in heaven (she’s 5) playing on the beach every day!
