"We brought our kids, their spouses and our 5 grandkids. This huge house was perfect as each family unit had a private area of the house. Huge bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Fun game room and pool delighted the kids. Massive kitchen has plenty of seating and counter space. The views were breathtaking…like a postcard! Carrie was very helpful in connecting us with a driver and answering questions before we arrived. Concierge Pam helped with excursions, grocery delivery and restaurant...

"Our first time back to St Thomas in 10 years and we had a great time. The house was great. Needs a few small maintenance items - squeaky doors and the refrigerator kept freezing our food. I would pay for the pool to be heated. Overall all it was great and we’d stay here again. Tarcia is a great property manager and very responsive to any communications. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this property! There were 8 adults ranging from ages 26-78. The house is so beautiful and we could not get over the views! The top floor has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and pool. There is a separate downstairs area that has the other two bedrooms, another kitchen, and another living room area. "Our group of 9 had a great time staying here. The property has stunning views and is an amazing hub for a vacation in St. Thomas. The house is spacious and everyone had their own room. We had easy access to all beaches and key locations but also loved hanging at the house on the recliners or in the pool. The property management provided extremely helpful guides that made check in and check out super easy and also helped make plan inc a breeze with their dining and excursion recommendations....

"This villa is a lovely place to enjoy the wonderful St Thomas March weather. The veranda overlook is beautiful and a great place to relax, enjoy the pool and have a few cocktails The villa was perfect for two couples to spend 2 weeks away from the March weather in Pennsylvania. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. St Thomas roads are a challenge and the same goes for the roads and driveways in the Green Cay Plantation neighborhood. We had a lovely vacation here. "
