"Similar to other resorts in St Thomas, there were no safe ways to walk outside the resort property. Narrow roads, no sidewalks, large distances to walk to places of interest. Hiring cabs was the only option. "

"The villa was lovely, the staff was amazing. The climb back to the villa from the pool, beach or restaurant was challenging. "

"The Pink Palm provides its guests with an attractive hotel in the center of Charlotte Amalie, which makes it possible for guests to walk round town and avoid taxis. Each room is unique in its design. Many have lovely views of the harbor, as do the many patios. Equally important, maybe more important, the staff goes above-and-beyond. Anything we wanted appeared quickly and was presented enthusiastically. "

"5 star resort with 2 star service. Some of the wait staff were rude and combative, which is very disappointing considering the price you are paying for drinks and food. Beach and property were amazing. Still had a great time, but likely won't go back. "

"Stayed here for a 4 night stay and truly enjoyed this quaint, quiet gem up the mountain. We dined at the on-site restaurant our first night and that was an incredible experience all it's own. All of the staff, from Eileen the manager, to the owner's Libby and Marshall, were extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant. "This resort is a true piece of paradise!!! Enjoyed a multi-day stay and from arrival to departure, the entire team made the experience one of a kind! Gita and the front desk staff made sure I had everything needed and the restaurant team were such a pleasure for lunches and dinners. Property is very quiet and the beach feels private, serene. Prana Spa was wonderful as well! Room was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend and look forward to returning with family!"

"Expensive and the property is a little worn down and aging, but we loved how it preserved its former Danish and pirate culture and history. Our son was especially fascinated by all the canons and the statue of Blue Beard. Some of the front desk staff seemed a little disorganized and not the friendliest.
