Has a good location, is a small B&B recently renovated or built. One thing we didn't like is that we can hear everything from other rooms. The rooms are not sound proof.

1.自助入住 入住兩天中都沒有看到民宿相關人員 樓層房客室內拖鞋混用 沒有指定的櫃子對應單獨客房 2.客房照片修光與細節 與實際房況期待稍有落差 3.一樣的價位 可能有更好選擇的住宿點 不過是寵物友善 有其需求的或許能考慮

民宿位置方便，附近有便利商店也有蠻多知名餐廳，離市區也很近！不過以一晚$4000無附早餐的價格來說CP值不高，硬體設備普通、裝潢也一般，建議毛巾及浴巾可以更換了，看起來已經使用蠻久的。

延遲交車無事先告知、垃圾也不會天天打包
民宿業者代訂機車的服務立意雖好，但不管是什麼原因，是否都應該協助你的客戶確認好全部的預約安排？畢竟那也都是雙方在消費者行前花時間事先溝通好的！只為了之後能讓行程順利。 行前先跟民宿業者確認好拿車時間，入住當天8：00也再度跟民宿業者確認拿車時間，民宿業者都承諾沒有問題！ 待約定好的拿車時間到，除了沒有車可取，民宿業者也無事先告知，而是讓消費者自行跟民宿業者追蹤？雖然租車合約是從開始租車到還車來計算，但這並不是你可以合理"打亂"消費者行程的理由吧！

謝謝工作人員讓我們提前入住打掃好的房間 雖然一開始入住的房間跟預期的不太一樣 不過詢問後有馬上幫我們更換 大家如果有特別想要的房間樣式可以提前詢問工作人員能不能提前安排 電視是MOD 冷氣很涼、床品的材質跟軟硬度都很舒服 浴室還有提供潤髮乳 去海邊回來真的超級需要 唯一的缺點是洗手台排水很慢

可帶寵物入住的五星服務民宿
透過hotels.com找到這間可以帶寵物入住的民宿,民宿會提前打電話聯繫核對資料還有免費接送機的服務,入住的時候由於有寵物的關係,需要繳交押金800元,這個在確保房間沒有被破壞後會退還,辦理入住的時候員工們都很親切,房間有設計感且乾淨,空間大部會有壓迫感,有陽台可以在外面曬太陽或者讓狗狗在陽台走動；整體住宿感覺五顆星,讓我們在澎湖的家庭旅遊也順利劃下句點,下次再造訪澎湖,還是會考慮這間民宿,也推薦給大家！

房間簡潔，地點方便，小哥好服務
簡潔工業風的房間很舒服，基本物資齊備，出入有獨立電梯及拍卡大門，私隱度十足 出入機場有小哥接送，並提供租車及島峋上食肆等資料，可靠實用。 感謝小哥回程協助趕上航班，真千鈞一髮啊！
