"This hotel is fine, good location for walking around Magong, reception staff were very good and were fluent in English. Many breakfast options are nearby and we thought the Subway vouchers they gave us are a good system too. I had a local drive me to the address and the place we ended up was not correct. "The place is clean and spacious. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The only downside is 15 minute walk away from the nearest stores or restaurant. With hot and humid weather, it is not a fun walk. But it's a ten minute drive to the Magong town, so it seems silly to call a taxi at times. "

"Whilst the staff had limited English skills, they went above and beyond to help out and were very friendly. They even wanted a selfie with me prior to leaving! haha! "I have to say that the hotel is a bit old and shabby, but the room was large and spacious. It was also clean, except for under the bed where there was a thick layer of dust, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, the floor felt a bit "sticky" with bare feet, so I recommend wearing slippers. I was very disappointed with the breakfast which was basically inedible. On a positive note, the staff and the General Manager, David, were very friendly and helpful. I also very much appreciated the free airport...
