"The hotel was great easy to access. The room temperature was hot, i tried to change it myself but it didnt work so i had to sleep with the balcony door open. Overall what would make the hotel perfect is if it had a front desk. However i didn't have any issues with checkin or getting into my room."

"We got the family room which was spacious enough for the four of us. The room was clean . The entrance of the building was depressing with lots of mess and bird poops all around. The elevator was a plus. "

"We had a great stay at Mamma Ciccia’s. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious offering a choice of pastries, meat and cheese, yogurts and bread. Hot drinks were made to order. The facilities were perfect. We stayed in a small, very clean, 1 bed apartment with sofa bed in the kitchen area. Location was incredible! "What a gem!! Bergamo was a half-hearted, 1-day visit we added to our trip since we were flying into Milan in the evening & yet we were SO pleasantly surprised! The old town, which is walking distance from La Valleta, is beautiful with a nice handful of shops & restaurants. La Valleta is a lovely hillside Villa with a small handful of rooms & very nice & kind proprietors. But what really stands out is their breakfast! "We loved it here! The communication was top notch, they handled our dinner bookings and had the most beautiful view from their Infiniti pool! Rooms were clean and gorgeous and a short drive from Bellagio! The chef was sick unfortunately however breakfast each morning was far more than we have grown to expect in our travels! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway! "

"We stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Full of character, warm and cosy on chilly weekend in March. The staff were friendly and helpful and were made to feel very welcome especially by Massimo on our arrival which was quite late evening. The small town of Calolziocorte is very pleasant and the location of the hotel by the river is lovely.
