"Hotel room was nice but in need of a little work, staff was very nice, pool was nice, views were great, the restaurant and bar are not open though which was a big bummer. The included breakfast was typical for an included breakfast but if you’re staying for a bit they weren’t rotating options at all so just an fyi it’s the same everyday. "A) Poor communication; my messages repeated 3 times in 2 weeks, were never responded to. B) Front desk staff needs training; they don’t know how to smile. C) We were fortunate to be in a renovated unit; very clean. But you never know in advance what type of room you would get. D) Balcony overlooks the ocean; great view E) Food was average. F) They get an ‘F’ for not maintaining the main road approaching the development. "
