"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and the property exuded a quaint and charming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience, showcasing exceptional kindness and hospitality. The rooms were not only comfortable and well-appointed but also reflected the overall charm of the hotel. What truly impressed me, however, was a touching act of compassion from one of the staff members. When she discovered an abandoned cat in a nearby dumpster, she took it upon herself to rescue the animal, giving it a thorough cleaning and even taking it home for the night. This act of kindness speaks volumes about the values of the hotel's management—not only do they prioritize the comfort of their guests, but they also demonstrate genuine care for animals. A special shout-out to Scrappy, who oversaw the management of our section of the property. Scrappy ensured everything was in perfect order! Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and memorable experience! "

"Interesting place to stay, one main pool and a second little one up the private road a bit, lots of wild cats and roosters with their own unique agendas, decent rooms, place took a hit at the last hurricane and whole sections shut down but everyone friendly and would come back. Also, walking distance to both airport and a lovely beach!"

"I’d read beforehand this place had character and boy does it! It is anything but a cookie-cutter franchise hotel. Not only is it nestled into the heart of Charlotte-Amalie, but its floor-plan is as varied and meandering as the winding streets of the neighborhood in which it resides. Beware that the road it’s on is one-way, and that the direction changes for a couple hours in the early evening; Google can’t be trusted to catch that nuance. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. It made for a very memorable stay and my wife and I loved it."
