"If you want a beautiful and relaxing stay, this is the place. It's so peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. The staff are incredible and super accommodating. The food was really yummy. They even provide transportation. "

"Beautiful property situated in stunning countryside. The cleanliness aspect was difficult for them as we were in thatched palm buildings. The check-in was not good as they could not find our booking to start with. Mostly apart from at breakfast and supper there were no staff around at all. White water rafting trip was excellent."

"Lovely owner & lovely grounds. Sadly the shower cut out every time we used it resulting in a blackout of electricity. Sometimes this would return after 2 minutes sometimes 10 minutes. We stayed 9 days. "

"Staff went beyond to help us with tours etc, excellent service from staff and knowledgeable. Staff really went all the way out for us. Very clean."

"Best stay for our family. We booked two rooms : boy and girl rooms. The view was so breathtaking we just didn’t want to leave the place. Breakfast was great and service was 100 stars."

"Not so good - The toilet was basically in the bedroom, There was a door but the wall did not go to the roof. All floors to the bedroom, toilet & shower room was bare concrete. Un heigenic. The last bit of the road leading to the hotel was a rough dirt track - not very inviting."

"32Km is just a wonderful resort. Extraordinary nice natural and silent environment and excellent room facilities. By the way, it's located in the middle of the "infamous" road trip between Chiang Mai and Pai. Stay here overnight if you are a driving tourist. It's hard to find a such nice resort in Chiang Mai and Pai."

"The staff at the Grand Napat are very professional, they maintain the hotel and pool immaculately. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, and large room with dishes and kettle. The Continental breakfast was impressive and included several menus choices. Only wish it were closer to amenities. "

"We were treated like family during our villa stay. The home was wonderfully decorated with thai art throughout the villa. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff are quick to assist and the breakfast was memorable. I would strongly recommend anyone large group considering a villa to stay here for their Chiang Mai trip"

"Excellent customer service. Breakfast delicious abd reasonable choice. Room clean and the bed is very comfortable. Good location, lovely area lots of restaurants and markets but about a 40 min walk to old city. However lots of good priced transport. Bolt or indrive. Would stay again. "

"Loved the location and staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Sizi at the front desk is so sweet and provided recommendations. Out room was always clean and towels were so soft. We loved the breakfast and pool. This is a great location to the gate, river, and all markets. "
