"We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. "Home was clean and brand new. Room was large enough and spacious for two but host uses misleading photos. The “Kraken Suite” Infact does not have a connected bathroom which was quite the bummer. You have a private bathroom but have to leave the room in order to access it. Building walls are paper thin as others mentioned, you hear every conversation, door code, door opening and closing of upstairs and downstairs and neighboring units. "By far the WORST experience I have ever had. Had a bad experience before even getting into the apartment. Clearly stating on-site parking which was my main reason for booking. There was zero onsite parking, hosts didn’t even respond when I asked where on-site parking was. Street parking took 45 minutes to find it only to find out it’s a 4 hour maximum time limit. "Pros- Big house, great view. Cons- No shade on the door to the deck in the master bedroom. Nothing like waking up at the crack of dawn! Also, that screen door didn't latch so it banged in the wind. Some nice touches like a snack bag and a bottle of wine, but no coffee!"

"This hotel is nearby all touristy spots. The only thing that is not walkable is the Space Needle but that was an inexpensive uber ride away. Breakfast is great and you can leave your luggage in a safe space during checkout and return when you are ready to go!"

"This was a nice and hip hotel. The hangout areas in the first floor had such a cool vibe. The actual room reminded me of Japan. It was small but had everything you needed. The bed was comfy and the comforter was like a cloud. Parking isn’t great but that’s normal in a city area. Plus the location is pretty walkable if you don’t have a car. I’d def stay again!"

Crowne Plaza Seattle - Downtown, an IHG Hotel

"Everything was clean. There was decent city views. Staff was professional. The only thing is that I booked beforehand and when we got there which was around 3:45ish they still didnt have any rooms available. We still had to wait after 4 pm. That was a bit annoying after having a long day and had been travelling since 6 in the morning. But other than that everything else was great."

Unexpected fees.

" 4/5 2 minutes ago on Google I enjoyed my stay at the pineapple university very much. Room was satisfactory and clean, staff were friendly and the simple touches of free beverages etc were appreciated. However after checking out I was not informed about extra charges and fees that were added to my bill. I had prepaid this room in Canadian $ which had pushed the bill to $450 for a two night stay, this was fine but then to add another $96 for Washington tax and other incidentals which I was not informed about I thought was cheeky. I can’t say that $550c for a 2 night stay was worth it. I’ve stayed in much more luxurious hotels for less. Again I was not informed of this charge. I was informed of the parking charge of $20 per night and that is it. One would think that when you prepay for a hotel they would add the Washington tax, fees and amenity fee in when you book. Not make it an extra charge. "
